Community Stabilization

Crisis Stabilization is direct and short-term mental health care provided to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in order to avoid a higher level of care or rehospitalization. This service is delivered to clients in their natural environment with their natural support system to maintain them in a stable state. This is typically provided after a Mobile Crisis response as a follow-up service, which includes short therapeutic and skill-building interventions. We also connect individuals to additional resources and other community based services at the appropriate level of care.
